Replacement AHEGS (Graduation Statement)
The AHEGS provides descriptions of the nature, level, context and status of the studies that were pursued and completed by graduates, as well as information about the education system to which the qualification belongs. The Academic transcript for your award is contained within the AHEGS.
As AHEGS can only be issued in the format in which you originally received it, replacement AHEGS are not currently available in digital format via My eQuals for graduates prior to June 2018.
Do you need a replacement AHEGS?
Consider if you require this evidence to apply for a job or support applications for scholarships or further study. Most institutions are satisfied with an Academic Transcript for evidence of past study.
Identity Verification - for Hard Copy ONLY
On receipt of your request you’ll be asked to confirm your identity. You’ll receive an email with a statutory declaration form attached, this is to be completed and returned via email with a copy of your photo ID, a driver’s licence or passport.
